This letter is just to thank you and to say how pleased we are with our replacement sash windows and stable door.   As you may recall we were initially looking to replace our windows with hardwood and we were quite reluctant to consider alternatives.    We are extremely happy that we choose your windows.   Many of our friends have commented on the finished job and most have been surprised to find out they are not actually made of wood.
Please also pass on our thanks to your fitters who were extremely efficient and professional.   We were very impressed with the lengths they went to in order to minimise and disruption and mess.
