We really wanted to write to let you know just how thrilled we are with the work you have done for us. Choosing the windows took us a lot of consideration and we were in touch with several companies. We are absolutely positive we made the right choice! The windows look fantastic, very authentic and have made such a difference in terms of temperature and noise reduction. I have even taken a jumper off in the winter months for the first time since moving here! Maintaining the period look of the house was really important to us. All our neighbours have commented and without exception thought the windows were wood. In addition to the windows it was all the additional work you did, such as architraves and double glazing the front door so beautifully which have really helped the property keep its period charm. From the outset we were impressed with you friendly genuine approach, a really appreciated your expertise and craftsmanship (as well as that those working with you). Also very noticeable was the lack of hard sell! Everyone involved kept us up to date, let us know what was happening and quickly answered any queries (however silly). Standard of work was second to none, and the house kept tidier than normal! Thank you so much, we would recommend you without hesitation or reservation (and have already done so)
