This letter is just to thank you and to say how pleased we are with our replacement sash windows and stable door.   As you may recall we were initially looking to replace our windows with hardwood and we were quite reluctant to consider alternatives.    We are extremely happy that we choose your windows.   Many of our friends have commented on the finished job and most have been surprised to find out they are not actually made of wood.

The Work was carried out efficiently with full care and attention and respect for our home. When the men left at the end of the week all the debris was removed and even the curtains poles and curtains replaced.

The extension looks better than I could have imagined.
The disruption whilst the demolition and build was undertaken was minimal.   Derwent Sash Windows workers were constantly polite and professional. You kept us informed about any developments, when you would be on site and gave and kept to a realistic finish date. Any concerns/queries we had were acted upon and great care was taken to ensure that instructions and detail were followed precisely. As a result the standard of work and finish is very high. The extension now looks like its always been there rather than the ugly 1970s flat roof extension that once was.
