This Victorian “stone clad” property was in need of some tender loving care to restore it back to its former glory.
The original timber box sash windows had been long removed and replaced with some white plastic casement windows in the 1980s.
The original stone cills had also been removed.
Derwent Sash Windows installed three new stone cills, three new Timber Alternative Sliding sash windows from the Bygone Collection.
The front sash window opening was changed into a door opening and a new Solidor Composite door with etched top light glass was installed.
The stone cladding was removed and the property was re-rendered with a smooth coat finish to complete the project.
