The original timber box sash cords & weights windows were removed due to poor energy efficiency and substantial timber decay to the bottom of the wooden sills. The sash windows were replaced with wood effect timber alternative sash windows from the bygone collection.
The windows featured the recently improved upgrade of the super slim meeting rail to the sash windows meeting rail. The bygone collection windows on this installation also incorporated full timber jointing.
Internally the sash windows were finished with a detail wooden architrave and timber stub cill.
A new hardwood front door with multi-point locking was installed to complete the project
