The original timber box sash windows had become rotten, draughty and the cords and weights had also failed. The sash windows were replaced with cream wood effect timber alternative windows from the bygone collection of sash windows. The Bay sash windows top frame were shaped to follow the original shape of the external timber cladding.
New timber external cladding was also installed in accoya to match the existing.
Internally the windows were finished with timber architrave and stub sill.
